BAKE! BAKE ! BAKE!

Hey guys I am very much happy and when Mr "ME" is happy  then Mr oven has to do a lawtt. :P
So this time I jumped straight on to focaccia .Luckily I had some cheery tomatoes left in the fridge which gave me a wonderful idea of putting those into my bread.I also added few more things for a change.Do try them and you will see the magic getting real........

So here goes my version of  "INDIAN MASALA FOCACCIA"..

INGRIDEINTS-

200 gm maida or bread flour
7 gm yeast
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp salt
75 gms cheddar (even processed  would work the same)
1 tbsp mixed italian herbs(thts where dominos poches work ;P)
1 tbsp red chilly flakes
1 small onion sliced
1 jalopeno sliced
cherry tomatoes (as much as u can)
olive oil-1/2 cup

METHOD

1) Add yeast to some luke warm water and add some sugar .let is bloom

2)Add the maida into a bowl and add all the dry spices to it

3)Add yeast water and kneed the dough. You may find the dough a little sticky in the beginning but then you  have to kneed it super well till it becomes soft. If you wanna kneed it easily ,add extra oil but never add flour,

4)Allow the dough to rest for at least 50 mins. You will see the dough getting doubled in size

5)Take a portion of the dough and  roll it into medium thick chapatti

6)Place tomatoes.onions and jalopenos as desired

7)Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and then for 5 mins at 220 degrees...

This is what it looks  like.....
