keto series..

Hola amigos....
This week is gonna be a serious health food week and why is that??? because this is ketogenic week.
I was recommended to follow this diet by one of my very close friends .If you are looking forward to cutting down the fat  percentage in your body,this is magical.
All you eat is fats and protiens but carbs and thus the fat in your body becomes the major source of energy and burns faster.
Now ,there are two kinds of keto diet.
1)-Normal keto diet
2)-Ideal keto diet
 In normal keto diet you are allowed to consume upto 50 gms of carbs but if u r doing ideal keto you can not consume more than 20 gms of carbohydrates during the day.

As we know everything has pros and cons,this diet too has some demerits.Since you are cutting down from the major energy source from your diet i.e,carbs,you may feel fatigue or weekness,heaviness for the initial 3-4 days which is called the keto flu but eventually you will get used to it.

Now ,one more myth exists that vegetarians can not go through this diet which is no more a reality.Its true that there are very less vegetarian protien sources which have less carbs but thats what i am here for :).

So, I will be posting some easy, quick and delicious recipes for both vegetarians and non vegetarians.
