I have met many people who think dieting means staying hungry.Well thats definitely not true at all.Dieting means eating healthy food as per your nutritional requirements and avaoiding unhealthy junk food.
Few days back I wanted to eat something chatapata yet healty.Meanwhile I saw a person eating fried rice in T.V so I came up with this idea of ""NO OIL BROWN RICE PULAO""
It has everything,protiens,carbs,essential fats,iron,vitamins.It keeps you full for a longer period of time .
So here goes the recipe!!
INGRIDIENTS:-

  •  Brown rice- 1 cup
  • Water-2.5 cups
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies-finely chopped 1 tsp
  • Onion- 1 large finely chopped
  • Tomatoes-1 large finely chopped
  • Capsicum- 1 small finely chopped
  • Nutrella nuggets- 1 cup soaked
  • Black gram- 1/2 cup soaked overnight(optional)
  • Salt- to taste
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder- 2 tsp
  • Paneer-1 cup finely diced 
I AM USING A NON STICK PAN ,THATS WHY I AM NOT USING OIL  BUT IF YOU ARE USING NORMAL IRON OR STEEL PAN YOU HAVE TO USE 1 TBSP OF OIL 
YOU CAN ADD ANY VEGGIES OF YOYR CHOICE

METHOD:-
  • In a sauce pan or whatever is convinient to you,cook the brown rice which you have to soak atleast half n hour before
  • Meanwhile ,in another pan dry roast the soaked nutrella nuggets and paneer cubes on mediun flame,continuously stirring
  • After that,add the ginger garlic paste.green chillies and onions and cook for 5 mins on low flame
  • Add the capsicum and cook for another 3 mins on low flame.
  • Add the tomatoes and add salt to fasten the process 
  • Cook for 7-8 mins covering the lid on low  flame
  • Add the turmeric powder,and garam masala powder and 2 tsbp of water
  • Cook for another 3 mins on low flame.If you are using the saoked black gram add that at this point only.
  • Add the cooked rice and mix well
  • covver and cook for another 5 ins to combine everything well

Voilla,you are good to go....
