Well this is for last minute dessert cravings or when you have some immediate guests over.I like to call it "RISOTTO PUDDING". with "DEMERARA CARAMALISED APPLE"

Its very easy to make and a lot more easier to finish.lol
So,lets jump straight into the recipe.

INGRIDIENTS:-

  • Arborio rice- 1 cup
  • Milk-2+1/2 cup(in case you find it a little dry in the end)
  • Brown sugar-1/4 cup
  • Condensed milk-1/4 cup
  • Dark chocolate-1/2 cup
  • Butter-1 tbsp
  • Apple-4 slices
  • Demerara sugar-2 tbsp
METHOD:-
  • In a pan add butter and allow it to melt over low flame
  • Add the risotto or arborio rice and toast it for 2 mins
  • Add 1 cup of milk at a time and allow it to come to a boil 
  • Add the other cup of milk and cook for another 10 mins 
NOW IF YOU FEEL YOUR RICE IS TOO DRY THEN YOU CAN ADD ANOTHER HALF CUP OF MILK OR WATER.THE RICE SHOULD NOT BE MUSHY BUT IT SHOULD HAVE A LITTLE BITE TO IT.
  • Add the condensed milk and the brown sugar and stir well
  • Add the dark chocolate and turn off the flame
  • Now give it a gentle whisk or till the chocolate melts
  • Now take the apple slices and sprinkle a little bit of demerara on the slices and caramalise them on a pan
  • Now serve in individual bowls or as per your preferrence
Voilla!!
