Hello Foodies,
hope u all are fine...here i am back with another simple yet tasty recipe...last night i visited a resto and had some garlic naans ordered extra by my brother....
i was  wondering what could be done from those naans and heard a voice "PIZZA" and thats how it was born(interesting story na??)
so here's me presting soyabean biryani alongwith garlic naan pizza....very simple to make yet a taste bud booster..........

INGRIDIENTS FOR G.N PIZZA

some leftover garlic naans 
pizza sauce
cheese slices 
pizza herbs
 butter
METHOD

1) take a garlic naan and cut it into desired shape and size

2)apply some melted butter all over it and then some pizza sauce

3)now cut some strips out of the cheese slice and arrange them as shown in the pic

4)sprinkle pizza herbs and veggies of your choice 

5)now bake the pizza at 180 degrees for 5 mins and then grill at the highest power for 3 mins or till it becomes nice and crispy
if you dont have microwave, simply put in the otg oven and bake at 200 degrees for 6 mins

INGRIDIENTS FOR SOYA BIRYANI


soyabeans(nutrella) 20 pcs
gram flour or besan_1.5 tbsp
curd-1 tbsp
lemon jiuce
ginger garlic chilli paste -1 tsp
salt
turmeric powder
kashmiri red chilli powder-2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
garam masala powder-1 tsp

150 grams of basmati rice
whole spice (3-4 cloves pepper ,1 dalchini or cinnamon,,2 green cardamom)
desi ghee-1 tsp

1 large tomato nicely diced into small cubes
1 med sized onion -finely chopped
1 cup peas
ginger garlic chilli paste-1 tbsp
cumin seed-1 tsp
aesofoetida-1 /2 tsp
curd or yoghurt-1 tbsp
garam masala powder-1 tsp
biryani masala(any brand would do)-1 tbsp

METHOD-

1) Take a saucepan and add water .allow it to bowl,turn off the flame and soak the soya chunks for 8-10 mins

2)Now take another bowl and add the besna ,curd ,ginger garlic chilli paste,lemon juice,salt,turmeric powder oriander powder and garam masala powder.

3)Mix well and add the soya chunks

4)Now fry the soya chunks till they are crispy 

6) Add rice and water triple the quantity of rice and some salt too

7)Drain the water when the rice is 3/4th  cooked

8) Now add  oil to a pan and add cumin seeds onions tomatoes and cook until the oil is separated

9)Add garam masala powder and biryani masala.cook well.

10)Add yoghurt and cook for another 3 mins

11)Now take a heavy bottom pan or a microwave safe bowl .add a layer  of  masala ,then a layer of rice and then a generous amount of fried soya chunks
repeat the process 2-3 times or till you have conusmed all the rice and masala..

12)Microwave for 2 mins at full power and relish the yummy biryani
