Hey Foodies....I love being a bit cheesy sometimes (whatever it means :p) and that is because I love playing with cheese a lot.....few days back while playing with cheese I came up this fantastic recipe... 
without wasting any more time  let me come straight to the recipe(because I gotta lots of typing to do :P)

FOR LIQUID CHEESE:-
 1) cheese slices of your choice (cheddar goes really well bdw)-4 slices
2)milk -1 cup
3)milk powder -1 tbsp
4)butter -1 tbsp

FOR PIZZA BASE:-
1)refined flour -1/2 kg
2)1/2 tsp glutin powder(thats totally optional and trust me it does not cause a much of change in the taste)
3)active yeast(if u dont have yeast,,wait for atleast a week till i upload yeastless pizza base recipe)
4)salt and sugar-1 tsp both
5)oil-1 tbsp
 
METHOD-

FOR LIQUID CHEESE:-

1) In a zip lock bag add milk powder,milk,cheese slices (torn into pieces) and butter

2)Seal the bag and mix everything well

3)Take a pan full of water and put it over the flame(remember the water should not be boiling so keep the flame as low as possible)

4)Dip the bag into the water and let it cook for at least 15 minutes

FOR PIZZA:-
1)-First of all kneed a soft dough using all the dry ingrdients. Be very careful while using the yeast .check whether its active by adding a bit in the luke warm water with a bit of sugar .Once it starts developing bubbles ,it means you are good to go...
 
2)-Allow the dough to rest for at least an hour in a warm place(not to warm)

3)After an hour the dough must have doubled in size (i prefer to call it yeast dance)

4)Now punch the dough and divide the dough into equal balls(depends upon what size of pizza you want )

5)Now in a separate bowl dice veggies of your choice you like to use for pizza topping(i have used onions capsicum and corns )

6)Now roll the dough ball to the size u like(remember to roll it a bit thick as the base is going to support a lot of liquid cheese . if you would keep it  thin it will be very mushy )

7)Take a tortilla and cut it a bit shorter than your pizza base

8)Now pour some liquid cheese over the base ( dont get too emotional..feed your base with the amount of cheese it can easily handle)

9)Now place the tortilla over the liquid cheese and apply pizza sauce on the upper surface of the tortilla

10)Add the toppings and mozzarella and pizza seasoning

11)bake at 240 degrees for 12-15 mins

and that is what you get...umm the liquid cheese oozing out is devine....
