"THE WEDDING SEASON" is on and everyone wants to look slim and good in those skinny outfits..Everyone wants to shed those tyres and layers of fat but the question stands how??Alongwith hitting the gym one needs to eat healthy..but do I have time for this....again a problem....well I am here with the healthy yet tasty solution which is time saving of course..
So now u can wear those skinny wears and shine among your friends and relatives.....
Here goes the recipe which i like to name "YOGHURT- BLAST""
The recipe is quite simple and as under:-




INGRIDIENTS:-

Low fat yoghurt (or any dahi that you have)250 ml
fruits of your desire(apples,banana,strawberries ,grapes etc)
special k or any other cornflakes or cereal treat
honey 2 tbsp
nuts(almonds ,walnuts and raisins)

METHOD:-

1) First of all take the yoghurt into a bowl and mix all the honey to it..mix it properly and whisk until it has no lumps

2)Dice the fruits into small cubes and mix in the yoghurt mix

3)Add cornflakes and nuts

Voila  ...garnish and enjoy

MY RECOMMENDATIONS

1... Add a bit of fruit crush if u want to to enhance the flavours even more....
