Got these cookies from the market called"THE BREAKFAST COOKIES"..These are very yummy but at the same time very fatty as well since they contain a large amount of butter and sugar..thought to skip the foes....then i baked these myself using as healthy Ingridients as i could ..This is a complete breakfast in itself..if u r rushing then simply have 4 of these cookies and u r done...
The recipe is as under...
INGRIDIENTS:-

1/2 cups oats
1/2 cups ragi
1/2 cups rice flour
1/2 cups wheat flour
3 tbsp honey or jaggery (as per your desire)
4 tbsp low fat butter(OR OLIVE OIL)
1 tbsp milk(only if the mixture is too dry to bake)
nuts(hazelnut, almonds, cashew nuts ,walnuts,etc)
berries(black current,blueberries,cranberries raisins etc)

METHOD:-

1) Take a clean and dry bowl.

2)Add all the dry ingridients to it..Check or sieve the flour so as to get rid of any kind of impurities into it..

3)Add all the butter to the mixture and kneed it properly

4)Add honey,nuts,and all the berries to the mixture and mix properly

5)Sprinkle some milk if the dough looks too dry 
 
6)Make cookies out of the dough of your desired shape and size and bake them into the oven for   15 mins at 180 degrees...
                                                         


MY SUGGESTIONS:-

TRY TO ADD SOME DRIED BERRIES OR THE CANNED ONES 

IF YOU ARE OKAY WITH THE SWEETNESS OF BERRIES AND NUTS EVEN SKIP THE HONEY ..

BUTTER CAN BE REPLACED BY OLIVE OIL...
