Went to market today jus like that and saw these juicy and red apples,,had nothing special in mind..but suddenly an idea hit my mind...how abt making apple crumbles today.....its turned out to be heavenliovious!!!just what i like to say :P
quite simple to make yet delicious to have it as a dessert..and with a scoop of vanilla its a delight..i didnt have it tho... otherwise my gym instructor d kill me,,, :P :P

as promised i tried to keep it as healthy as i could...here goes the recipe..hope u like it.. !!
INGRIDIENTS-
FOR CRUMBLE CRUST
150 gms of butter(low fat)(cut into squares)
oats(healthy isnt it??)1/4 th cup
wheat flour1/4 th cup
almonds and wlanuts 1/4 th cup each...
brown sugar(dont worry even white will do )as per ur preference
 cinnamon powder-1/4 tsp
METHOD-----
# cut 5 apples into small cubes..add it to a bowl..quicly add a tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsps of sugar to it...keep it aside for 15 mins
#for crumbles mix all the dry ingriedients .
#add the butter cubes and sugar and mix well till it becomes a bit crumbly...not very fine
#add a layer of apples in a baking dish(you can use ramiccans for making individual portions) and then a layer of the crumble mixture
#keep it in a preheated oven ..first at 180 degrees for 15 mins and then @220 degrees for 10 mins (till it forms a golden brown crust)

serve hot with a scoop of vanilla and enjoy!!!


i tell you ..the juice that ozzes out from the apples adds to the flavours and the beauty of the dish.....u gotta try this....pls do write ur revies in the comment section...
