Vegan-luscious cake!!!

Lets head to the recipe.
INGREDIENTS-
- Refined flour-2/3 rd cup
- Cocoa powder,unsweetened-2 tbsp
- Brown sugar-1 cup
- Castor sugar-1/4 the cup
- Baking soda-1/4th tsp
- Baking powder-1 tsp
- Salt-1 pinch
- Almond butter-2 tbsp
- Coconut milk or any dairy free milk-1/4th cup
- Coconut oil -1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract-2 tsp
- Instant coffee powder-1 tbsp+1 tsp
Method:-
- Preheat your oven at 175 degrees celsius and line your bakeware with parchment paper and butter.This recipe is suitable for a loaf tin .
- In a small bowl.mix coffee powder and 3 tbsp water and mix well.keep aside until we need it.
- Now ,in a big bowl, add almond butter, brown sugar,castor sugar, coconut oil and cream well.
- Now add coconut milk (or any dairy free milk) ,coffee concoction and mix well using hand mixer
- Add vanilla essence.
- Sieve in all the dry ingredients and fold well till there are no lumps.
- Bake at 175 degrees celsius for 25-30 mins.
- All ovens are different ,so check after 20 mins by inserting a toothpick .If it comes out clean with no batter on it, you are good to go.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce.
